Post “Premium Home Restoration” Cleaning
My name is Elise and I work for Kleen360, a professional cleaning company popular in the MidWest and Florida regions. I am a highly competent member of the cleaning crew at Kleen360, thanks to all the training on the latest equipment and cleaning techniques we are given. Our cleaning assignments come up in a variety of places – from trucks that transport edible items to yachts that sail out into the sea; from kindergarten classrooms to multi storey office buildings; from gyms to sound studios, every assignment is a source of new experiences and learning for our crew!
A good example is the post-restoration premium home cleaning assignment we got today. The house we got to was, in one word, eclectic! The mix of materials that made up the walls and flooring including aged wood, painted walls, brick in some places and rough stone in others was going to be a challenge, I thought as I collected my cleaning equipment.
But we at Kleen360, with our updated electrostatic sprayers and our non-toxic suite of cleaning products including an NSF 51 approved and EPA registered disinfecting agent, were perfectly equipped for it of course! I knew that our disinfecting and viral remediation service would be absolutely safe for the fragile surfaces, prized antiques, and even any sensitive electronics in the place.
We started off, as usual, with the removal of debris and light dusting of the floors, walls, ceiling, bannisters, etc. Samples were taken in high-traffic areas and the microorganism counts were measured with the EnSURETM Touch UltrasnapTM Surface ATP Test System that can give us rapid results for each test in about l0 seconds flat! We will be sure to sample the same places again after the completion of our services so you can actually see quantified results to show the improvement in cleanliness!
In fact many business owners among Kleen360’s clients have spoken about how useful these quantified reports and the F-SAP and KleenSafe certifications have been to induce confidence in their customers and employees about their own facilities. I bet the haggling upperhand in insurance premiums they could get with their “certified clean” premises didn’t hurt too!
Coming back to work though, we wiped down all the surfaces with cloths and brushes that would not damage the beautifully restored surfaces, vacuumed the carpets and upholstery and went on to clean all the glass in the house. Occasionally we find paint smeared on the glass windows or on the beadings and the excess caulk and spackle in all the wrong places. But our Kleen360 crews are always extra-careful to remove them to leave only dazzling glass and shiny surfaces.
Next we went on to the kitchen. The soapstone countertops had to be protected from harmful pathogens and the food-safe, mechanical kill, quick-dry disinfectant was just the right agent for the job. The living room and dining hall with period furniture came next and we couldn’t help admiring the carefully varnished beams as we worked. Next, our badged and uniformed crew devoted quite a lot of time scrubbing and washing the toilets leaving them fresh and scented. By the time we finished our cleaning, disinfecting and viral remediation procedures, the whole house was not just sparkling clean, but also perfectly safe from most bacteria and viruses, thanks to Kleen360’s thorough and meticulous KleenSafe program protocols!
We work with factories, apartment complexes, restaurants, data centres, labs and hospitals and I am indeed proud to be working with Kleen360 to make all kinds of facilities cleaner and safer for people. You can call us at 888-717-0360 or visit https://kleen-360.com/ to know more about our services.
