I’m writing to express our company’s satisfaction with Kleen360, with whom we have worked on numerous outdoor special events in the city of Chicago since 2006. As the organizer of one of the City’s largest summer festivals, Pitchfork Music Festival in Union Park, we’ve found Kleen360’s management and workers to be fantastic. Since this event venue is located in a neighborhood park, surrounded by commercial and residential neighbors, ensuring a proper cleanup is essential to the success and continuity of our event. With Kleen360, we’re assured that event-day and post-event custodial services are executed properly. Their hard -working and conscientious staff has endured through inclement and extreme weather, dense crowds, and a huge and varied site topography (e.g. pavement, grass, etc.), consistently producing great results every year. They arrive with all needed supplies, ready to work, and never leave until the job is absolutely complete, whether that means picking up cigarette butts in the field, or disposing of sheets of plywood from around the site. They’ve also met all of our standards and directions for recycling, an extremely important part of our event, which has allowed us to reach levels exceeding 50%, beginning with 2011’s event.
In 2006, when we started this event, there were few companies specializing in outdoor event services. For Kleen360, this is was a new market segment at the time. It makes me very happy to see that as our event has grown, so has Kleen360’s capabilities, to the point where I see their crews out at the majority of outdoor special events that I attend. They remain one of our favorite and most dependable contractors for our events, and the tireless work of their crews continues to impress us year after year.

With the 2019 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic taking place at Notre Dame Stadium, the NHL hosted NHL Winter Classic Park at downtown Chicago’s Jay Pritzker Pavilion. As the official fan festival of the Winter Classic, fans of all ages were able to experience hockey themed interactives, live music, F&B, etc. With over 25,000 fans partaking in the 3-day fan festival, we needed a company that could handle the volume of trash that would be accumulated from load in through the end of the event. From the initial meeting with the Kleen360, George was very professional, accommodating and just a down to earth guy. He assured us that with their experienced staff, the venue would stay clear of trash (beer cans, boxes, cups, wrappers, etc.) and all trash/recycling containers would stay replenished. His staff worked each day in the rain, snow and freezing temperatures to assure NHL Winter Classic Park stayed tidy.
We received many compliments on the cleanliness of the park and when everything was loaded out, the venue was turned back to how we received it. I would highly recommend the Kleen360 for any festival cleaning services, and will certainly utilize George and his team for any events the National Hockey League has in the future.

We understand that often you are asked by our project managers to perform with very little advance notice and under difficult conditions. Yet, you were able to come through again with flying colors. As you know, every school in which you worked had concurrent work with numerous other trades and contractors.
